Nothing on this website is a health claim. Product descriptions state composition, botanical identity, growing region, processing method and laboratory testing only. Where a page describes a test, it is telling you what was measured — not implying a benefit.
We do not make structure/function claims, nutrient content claims, or any claim of a therapeutic effect. We do not claim that any product supports, boosts, enhances, relieves, prevents or treats anything.

This statement is reproduced verbatim from 21 CFR 101.93(d). We display it on every product page and site-wide. Because we make no claim, the statement is not strictly required — we show it anyway, so that a shopper is never left to infer a benefit from the absence of a warning.

Botanical products can interact with prescription medicines. Do not stop or change a prescribed treatment on the basis of anything you read here.
Regulatory status differs by country
Botanicals are regulated market by market, and a product that is lawful in one country may be restricted, require notification, or be prohibited in another. Some botanicals are treated as novel foods in the European Union and may require authorisation before they can be sold there.
