These terms govern any order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
This store is operated by CHRONO HERB. The selling entity, and the importer of record for each destination market, are stated on the invoice and on the product label.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products by composition, botanical identity, origin, processing and laboratory testing. We make no health claim of any kind. See the health disclaimer for what that means.
Photographs are illustrative. Packaging and labelling may change between lots.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and exclude import duty, taxes and customs charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Stock is finite and allocated when an order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable after you order we will cancel and refund that line rather than substitute it.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the product cannot lawfully be imported to your destination, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Payment is taken through a third-party processor. We do not receive or store your card details.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported into and used in your country, and for paying any duty or tax charged on arrival.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to place an order.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

The text, photographs, certificates and layout of this site belong to us or our partners. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.
