Panax Ginseng Sliced Root

Whole Panax ginseng roots, dried slowly at low temperature and cut into 1–2 mm slices across the root. Nothing is added and nothing is removed — this is the root itself, in a form that can be steeped, simmered or added to soups.

The roots are graded by size and age, and each batch carries a lot number traceable back to the growing plot. Laboratory testing covers heavy metals, pesticide residues, sulphur dioxide treatment and microbial load.
